Customer service is great! Royal Mail lost my package so I never received my original product. I emailed customer service and they replied to me straight away and offered to send a new one or provide a refund. My replacement arrived the next day. Would shop here again!

Ordered the wrong size accidentally emailed the info desk and was speaking with Scott he immediately edited my order to the correct sizing and reassured me this was rectified within minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer service with quick responses. Very satisfied

I recently purchased a blazer and dress from Luxe To Kill and was disappointed to receive the dress without a tag and with a broken zipper. It was very clear someone else had tried this dress on and returned it and it shouldn’t have been sent out to a customer again. I returned the dress stating it was faulty only to be charged for the dress. When highlighting the issue with their customer service team by email, I was told there is no way they would send the dress out like this and implying that I’m lying. I asked them what checks were done prior to sending out the garment and again they implied this was my fault and I was liable for the cost of the dress. They won’t escalate to a manager despite my requests, appalling customer service and I will never purchase from them again. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Loved this company, first time purchasing and although it did take quite awhile to ship (it’s expected since it’s international) I am in love with the pieces.
